This policy explains what information Lumina Biolabs ("Lumina", "we") receives when you visit lumina-biolabsusa.com (the "Site") or contact us, and how we use it. We keep it simple: the Site has no accounts, no checkout and no advertising trackers.
1. Information you send us
When you email us or message us on Instagram, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, business or institution details, and the details of your quote request. We use it only to answer you, prepare quotes, process orders and keep business records.
2. Information collected automatically
- Hosting logs. Our host, Vercel, records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and secure the Site.
- Fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts are loaded.
- Your browser. The Site stores two small settings in your own browser (local storage): your language choice and your age confirmation. They never leave your device.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on the Site.
3. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as email, hosting and shipping providers), or when required by law.
4. How long we keep it
We keep correspondence and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
5. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@lumina-biolabs.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honor them. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
6. Age
The Site is intended only for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
7. Security
The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal data, such as payment card numbers, by email or direct message.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If the English and Hebrew versions differ, the English version controls.
